Technical Services Processes

The typical processes during of technical services during the project’s lifetime include:
  • Owner's-, or Operator's Representative in all aspects of a project
  • Project Structuring
  • Development of operating concepts
  • Establishing area schedules/programs for front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Consulting and developing on construction and quality standards
  • Review and approval of design directions, technical specifications, material specifications and other (brand-) standards and design criteria 
  • Evaluation of drawings (architectural, interior design and technical)
  • Review and approval of all other drawings and documentation (e.g. architecture, landscaping, MEP, Signage, etc.) at all design phases 
  • Monitoring the quality of work and adherence to the approved project scope, including adherence to a specific brand’s design guidelines
  • Coordination and interaction with all relevant parties, specialists and consultants and oversight with regular site-inspections and jour fixes during the design and construction phases
  • Take-over and commissioning of the property for the investor or the operator
Depending on the project composition, the scope of the consultancy work can include all or only selected aspects of the points mentioned above.
